Sanjana really made our experience stand out as she took care that we got our order and helped us to pace it. Not my first time at a Pepe's, but the chicken was succulent and the chips were chippin' Thank you!

Today I ordered paneer rice ,I ordered extra hot paneer rice but quality was very bad and it's too much spicy , last time I went to the shop and I ordered same extra hot paneee rice but that time it tastes good but this time it's really worse and also they poot soon much hot sauce and it's really spicy and all Sause come outside of the box and packing bag soo I thought they doing this INTENTIONALLY and I am not happy with food and this Thank you

Placed an order by mistake to the wrong address through ubereats. I cancelled within 5 seconds of realising I had ordered to the wrong address. The restaurant cancelled the order straight away but charged me for the whole meal! This is daylight robbery! I will never order from here again.

I ordered one paneer nachos meal and a paneer nachos the restaurant forgot to give the diet Pepsi and the dips. And they were blaming the Uber driver. Luckely he was here outside my house and he did not have anything. I talked to the girls called sanjana she is giving answers like you can come here and take your Pepsi. Day before yesterday also I ordered the same thing and they gave me 5 nachos and 1 jalapeno. I request the management to look into the working of the and their attitude as well. After paying for the delivery if sanjana wants me to come to the restaurant for the diet Pepsi please reconsider in your hiring process.

I used to come in pepes harrow 3-4 time a week and I always ordered paneer rice the way cook and serve to me was good and accordingly food wise it’s been delicious and moreover the staff is always being good and polite so I would recommend pepes as first choice for paneer rice if you’re pure vegetarian many thanks to all staff members to provide familier environment every time . Many thanks all of you . 👍

Can't go out during covid so we brought pepes peri peri home. Excellent, food, decently priced! Pros: - Staff are very accomodating - they gave us enough sauces and adhere to requests made. - Food is excellent and very filling Cons: - If collecting, parking csn be difficult to find

The food here is a hit or miss unfortunately. They lack consistency and your experience can be excellent or terrible with no middle ground. Stick to the grilled chicken dishes as those will generally tend to be fresh and less chance of issues.
